Since the launch of the regulated iGaming market in Ontario in April, the number of iGaming firms wanting to jump into the market has continued to grow, having seen the success of early entrants who have tapped into one of the largest online gambling markets in the world. 1x2 Network is the latest addition to the province's roster of licensed firms.
1x2 Network, which owns both 1x2 gaming and Iron Dog Studios, will now be able to provide software and games from their brands to casino operators in the Ontario market, who have been looking to add new casino game providers into their catalogues. Some of the games that have been released by the developer include Blazing 777s, Strike, Battle Maidens, and Phoenix Inferno.
The Ontario entry is actually not 1x2's first entry into Canadian gambling sites, having previously inked a licensing agreement with Loto-Québec several years back.
"Ontario promises to be one of the greatest online casino marketplaces in North America," said 1x2 Network CEO Roy Kimber in a statement. "Therefore it made total sense for us to join the province as a top source of quality slot and table game content."
Kimber spoke to his company's history of supplying dependable and trustworthy gambling software solutions that are currently making their way across Canada with the assistance of Loto-Québec. He affirmed that 1x2 Network anticipates that the company's content would perform just as well in Ontario as it does anywhere else in the world.
The 1x2 Network already possesses permits in a variety of jurisdictions, including Sweden, Spain, Romania, and Greece, among others.
In addition to those locations, it also conducts business in the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Malta, and in the United Kingdom. The mostly European reach of 1x2 Network, however, has recently been boosted by the business's newly-minted activities in Canada, which are expected to pay off in the near future.
