Isle of Man casino game developer 3 Oaks Gaming has partnered with BTG or Big Time Gaming to join their Megaways network of online slot games.
The partnership will see 3 Oaks Gaming making use of well-known Big Time Gaming MegaWays engine and include it into the development of brand-new slot games. Slots that use the MegaWays gaming platform can have as many as 117,649 paylines, with the amount of paylines and symbols varying with each spin.
The collaboration is one of the very first agreements made by 3 Oaks Gaming since the company was established in January of 2022. The slots studio has been granted a license by the Isle of Man and serves largely as a distributor. To this end, 3 Oaks Gaming has acquired the assets of worldwide slot creators, which will enable it to grow its gaming portfolio over the course of the next several months.
3 Oaks Gaming Managing Director Sebastian Damian said of the partnership in a company announcement: "We are very pleased to have partnered with the innovative games developer Big Time Gaming and secured the rights to utilise the hugely successful MegaWays."
“The mechanic’s [Megaways'] popularity shows no signs of slowing down and continues to be in demand from players across various jurisdictions. The addition of Megaways will propel our offering to a new level and ensure 3 Oaks Gaming becomes an important source of content for operators across regulated markets.”
Big Time Gaming has previously partnered with several other studios to develop Megaways games; a few examples of the collaboration slot games released with the Megaways engine include the Red Tiger Gaming slot game Big Cat Rescue, iSoftBet's Lottoland, Pragmatic Play's Extra Juicy, and Triple Edge Studio's Cash N' Riches.
