At first glance, Dazard Casino's VIP program doesn't look much more than a simple comp points system. For the most part, that's really all the VIP program is - you collect Dazard Points for every C$15.5 you wager, which you can redeem later to exchange for bonus cash. The total amount of points you collect raises your VIP level, which unlocks better comp point conversion rates and a special reward. 

What is interesting here, however, is just how many VIP levels there are. Unlike other systems that have 5 or 7 tiers, Dazard's VIP ladder has a whopping 17 rungs. And as can be expected of VIP programs like these, the rewards are very much stacked at the top levels; players only get a handful of free spins until the Ipsum tier, which requires an eye-watering C$310,000 to reach.

Live chat was generally responsive and they were able to give us effective responses to our queries. Email support was also able to reply to us within the day, which is pretty quick for online casinos.
